Error code 213 means that the transaction is expired. It could be because of:

Error 225 |
This means that you have attempted to make a purchase using a payment channel that is not yet activated. | Try your purchase again using a different payment channel. |
Error 227 |
This means that you have attempted to make a purchase using a price point that is not yet active in Coda's system. | Please try your purchase again using a different price point. |
Error 309 |
This means that the IP address from which you initiated a purchase is blocked. |
Try to restart the phone if you are using mobile data or restart your modem if you are using WiFi. |
Error 704 |
Error 704 means that your card transaction failed due to cancellation from the bank or from the system due to some factors. You should not be charged with this, if you are charged you can report it directly to your bank/card provider to file an objection to the payment. |
