- Cannot cancel or refund transactions that have been made, and
- Does not have the authority to move game items from one account to another or withdraw game items from an account for later refunds.
The user is fully responsible for ensuring that the data entered when making a transaction is correct.
All game items that have been purchased or shipped are final, and we do not accept refund requests for incorrect purchase transactions (e.g. wrong game ID, etc).
